I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.
Great product at a good price, fast delivery. Easy install, fired up perfectly right out of the box.
Products are military grade MIL-SPEC as advertised. I was able to locate #10 locking counter-sunk nutplates when ALL other locations, including Aircraft-Spruce, could not supply.
They really try hard to help and follow through!
